It fits perfectly with the lore, it would increase the interest in myofibril stimulant (the blue bottle) while providing a new way of battle. The suit may need to be remade with more high slots (for myofibril) and the skill would provide increased melee damage.
Amarr are about durability, unbreakable spirit, and overwhelming fire power.
We like disrupting our enemies capacity to fire their weapons and like draining their capacity to generate energy sapping their will to fight.
Also we do not typically have many Medium Slots essentially high slots....
I see where you are going with this but how will our suit do anything the Minmatar suit can't do better? How will it reinforce a scouting ideal?

Are you encouraging scouts to run heavy armour? Thats not what real scouts do is it? I'm not sure what you're asking here. There's strong demand for brick-tanked Scout. Always has been. That demand's currently being met by Gallente Scouts; a bonus to ferroscale / reactive would redirect that demand to the Amarr Scouts instead. At the same time, we could point Gallente and Caldari bonuses toward their respective EWAR modules, which would further motivate mercs interested in HP-tanked Scouts to use Amarr Scouts. All of this assumes that Assaults are improved separately.
But then its not a scout. Its a light assault. Thus you are arbitrarily limiting a racial group based on fallascious notions of what it should be doing.
Amarr Interceptors, Slicers, Executioners are some of the fastest frigates in the game and have low HP.
If anything all races should have their stamina regen reduced to what it used to be to allow the Amarr Scouts Biotics role to really come to the fore.
Especially the Minmatar Scout which due to this buff that it didnt need, over shadows the Amarr biotics bonuses over short and long range travel.
Amarr either need to have a meaningful Biotics bonus.
A comprable EWAR bonus to all other races.
Or Scout bonuses need to not apply static suit buffs but instead module efficiency buffs.

Amarr Heavy is heaviest heavy Amarr Medium is heaviest Medium that it's almost a heavy Amarr light is heaviest light that it's almost a medium I don't see the issue with making the Amarr scout a low profile higher end HP suit. It's already as fast as a minmatar medium might as well have the perks of a medium. I like the idea of "an invisible medium frame" for the amarr because then there's a reason to run it. Caldari get bonus to Scan Precision and radius Gallente get bonuses to Scan Prevention and radius Minmatar get Hacking and Knives
Amarr get Increase to Stamina pool and regeneration
Regeneration is pointless when Min regenerates stamina faster anway.
Remove the hyper stamina regen and Amarr role makes more sense.

Yeah I was against Minmatar having such good Stamina compared to amarr But I thought yall were against stamina bonus originally.... Lastly Gallente range bonus sucks: 5% and dampening is 15% now :(
I was but I'll admit a wrongness and sense of entitlement in those posts.
My philosophy has somewhat altered now that I am heavily invested in EVE.
It basically goes.
Each Hull/Suit should be fundamentally able to achieve and act in its given role, following which should be subject to the modifiers of its racial group, in such as way as those modifications do not unbalance or shift its functionality outside of its fundamental purpose.
Thus an Amarrian scout should able to compete on a fundamental level with the other scouts. Which it does, once racial modifications are applied. Now for bonuses I can understand the stamina modifications.......but when those modifications are over shadowed and do not allow the suit to achieve its intended functionality.......... something is wrong.
Amarr scouts do not need to be light assaults. The hull/suit would not fulfil its roles. It does not need more armour, or ScP damage.
It needs to stamina biotics king. Like Gallente is stealth king, Caldari is Scan king, and Minmatar is hack king.

And also, Amarr scout is built like it should fit the light assault role well.
My Slicer is not a tank king. It's one of the damn fastest ships in the game and incredibly flimsy. Same with the Executioner.
